MY PATH
FROM SEEKING TO EMBODYING
My path didn’t begin with light.It began with survival. I started meditating at 21.I was carrying trauma I didn’t yet know how to name. For years, I sought answers everywhere — in psychology, self development, leadership, achievement, and in relationships. I did the work obsessively, sincerely, quietly — and at times, just to stay afloat.
My first transmission from a butterfly
In 2017, during a sacred ayahuasca ceremony, a small black butterfly landed on my third eye.
It brought a transmission I could never unsee or unknow — truths of our reality, a vision for what was to come and visceral unconditional love within:
Everything I was seeking… was already inside of me.
I started to feel…different. The veil was thinning. Few around me understood.
Synchronicities became more frequent – with a noticeable pattern.The more I showed up as myself, the more the universe winked.
So I started to play.
I gave it a name - I called it RADICAL AUTHENTICITY.
from Force to Surrender
I had “leaned in,” “girl-bossed” and forced for decades. But my body was keeping the score.
It was asking me to rest. To soften. To SURRENDER.
A return to my divine feminine essence was beginning.
In 2022, I experienced a spontaneous Kundalini Awakening. In the same moment, Light Language began flowing through me — with transmissions I still live by today.

The work found me
I AM NOT YOUR GURU
Not long after, I shared my story on stage – about the butterflies and RADICAL AUTHENTICITY.
Afterward, a woman approached me. She insisted I was a healer. She begged me to help her.
I did not know then that I had any ability to heal – only that I needed to listen. She wore a large butterfly necklace…staring back at me knowingly.
I directed energy toward her with intention…and watched her entire being respond.
What had ailed her for decades released — in an instant.
Others who witnessed it asked for the same. People around me began shifting.The work was moving — through me. The work had found me.
I didn’t rush to brand it. I took the time to understand it, ground it, and walk it in integrity — before offering it widely.In a world chasing peak experiences and spiritual highs, I choose differently. What opens is supported. What shifts is integrated. What awakens is honored — not sensationalized.
This is the work I walk. And the field I now hold — without bypass.

Who is this for?
This is for those who feel ready – whether you are at the beginning of your awakening or already walking your path and seeking a deeper level of activation.
What happens in a Ceremony?
Each ceremony is tailored specifically to your energy field. You will experience deep energetic release, light language activation and full recalibration of your being. All you are asked to do is to surrender and ASK to receive what you are meant to receive. This may look like a somatic activation, you may have involuntary movements of your physical body, you may feel emotional blocks release, you may cry, you may laugh, you may have spontaneous insights, or some people have experienced spontaneous physical healing or you may not explicitly feel anything at all. This experience is very individual – but you will receive exactly what you are meant to.
Is this like traditional energy healing or Reiki?
No. This is not just energy work – this is a top down transmission of Kundalini Life Force Energy and Light Language transmission and activation designed for somatic, cellular and quantum level shifts. One important thing to note is that we do not force Kundalini Awakening – we clear the way, transmute energetic blocks, ground and ease the process for those who may be ready for this next level of spiritual awakening – so that the awakening process can be embodied, and be one of more ease.
I am on psychiatric medication. Is this right for me?
We can discuss your specific medication over an Alignment Call and see if this is a fit for you. This work can be suitable even if you are on SSRIs and other medications that are counter-indicated to plant medicine work. While client dependent, ASK Energy Healing is a modality that can induce expanded and altered state experience like a plant medicine journey without the use of plants,
Where will the Ceremony take place?
The facilitator is available to travel to your home or a location of your choosing that you are comfortable with for yourself or for your private group. The facilitator is also available to travel outside of the Los Angeles area upon request. The facilitator can also assist in securing a ceremony location. All can be discussed on the Alignment Call.
Who will be in the Private Group?
Private Group ceremonies are formed based on who you choose to bring into this sacred ceremonial container with you subject to approval by House of Remembering, up to 6 people. Mika will connect with each person to ensure alignment prior to the ceremony and ensure each participant is suited for this container and work.
